Vin Vizzi is the head varsity softball coach and a physical education teacher at his alma mater, Spotswood High School. Since taking over the program, he has transformed the Chargers into a powerhouse within the Greater Middlesex Conference, leading them to three consecutive division titles from 2022 to 2024 across the Blue and White divisions. Recognized as the 2023 Home News Tribune Softball Coach of the Year, Vizzi entered the 2025 season with an impressive 81-26 career record and recently celebrated his first perfect game as a head coach in March 2026. His coaching style emphasizes strong team chemistry and a rigorous schedule designed to prepare his athletes for high-stakes tournament play.
